Coconut Bride offers women’s wedding dresses, wedding guest dresses, formal evening dresses, banquet dresses, children’s dresses, and related fashion products.

2. Shipping Coverage

We offer shipping to eligible delivery addresses based on the shipping options available at checkout.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address when placing an order. This includes the recipient’s full name, street address, apartment or unit number if applicable, city, state or province, postal code, country, phone number, and email address.

We are unable to deliver to addresses that are incomplete, incorrect, restricted, or not serviceable by our shipping carriers.

3. Free Standard Shipping

Coconut Bride offers free standard shipping on all orders.

There is no minimum order amount required to receive free standard shipping.

Free standard shipping will be automatically applied at checkout where available. Customers do not need to enter a discount code to receive free standard shipping.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated standard delivery time is 15 to 20 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, item availability, order volume, carrier service, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, peak shopping seasons, and other factors beyond our control.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. We recommend placing your order well in advance if you need your dress or product for a wedding, banquet, ceremony, party, photoshoot, or other special occasion.

5. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Processing time may vary depending on the item type, order volume, product availability, size, color, style, and whether the item requires additional preparation.

Wedding dresses, formal dresses, banquet dresses, children’s dresses, and special occasion garments may require careful inspection, preparation, packaging, and handling before shipment.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. The estimated delivery period begins after the order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier.

6. Made-to-Order and Special Occasion Apparel

Some products sold by Coconut Bride may require additional preparation due to the nature of wedding dresses, formalwear, evening dresses, banquet dresses, guest dresses, and children’s dresses.

Certain dresses may require additional handling, quality inspection, packaging, or preparation before shipping.

If an item is custom-made, made-to-order, personalized, altered, or prepared according to special measurements, additional processing time may apply.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details before placing an order and allowing enough time for processing, shipping, delivery, inspection, fitting, alteration, steaming, and preparation before any scheduled event.

7. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided at checkout.

The shipping confirmation may include tracking information where available.

Tracking updates may take time to appear after the package has been handed over to the carrier. It is normal for tracking information to update gradually during transit.

If tracking does not update immediately, please allow additional time for the carrier system to refresh.

8. Delivery Delays

While we make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders in a timely manner, delivery delays may occur.

9. Address Accuracy

Coconut Bride is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@coconutbride.com.

We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has entered processing, packing, or shipment.

10. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, the package is refused, or the carrier cannot complete delivery, the carrier may attempt redelivery, hold the package for pickup, return the package to sender, or mark the shipment according to its own procedures.

Customers are responsible for following carrier instructions, arranging pickup when required, and ensuring that the package can be delivered successfully.

Additional shipping fees, reshipping fees, return fees, carrier fees, or handling charges caused by failed delivery may be the responsibility of the customer.

11. Refused Packages

If a customer refuses delivery of a package for reasons not caused by Coconut Bride, the customer may be responsible for any shipping costs, return shipping costs, carrier charges, handling fees, customs fees, duties, taxes, or other costs associated with the refused shipment.

If the refused package is returned to us and is eligible for refund under our Return & Refund Policy, any applicable non-refundable costs may be deducted from the refund.

12. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, building management, front desk staff, mailroom staff, local delivery offices, and the shipping carrier.

Coconut Bride is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing after delivery.

We will assist where reasonably possible, but carrier delivery confirmation may be considered proof of delivery.

If a package appears lost in transit before delivery confirmation, please contact us at info@coconutbride.com so we can review the situation and assist with a carrier inquiry where possible.

13. Damaged Packages During Transit

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives.

If your package or item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@coconutbride.com within 7 days of delivery.

Your email should include:

Your order number

A clear description of the issue

Photos of the damaged product

Photos of the outer packaging

Photos of the inner packaging

Photos of the shipping label

We may request additional information to review the issue with the carrier or determine the appropriate solution.

Damage caused after delivery, improper handling, improper storage, customer alteration, washing, wearing, or use is not considered shipping damage.

14. International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, clearance fees, or other government charges may apply depending on the destination country or region.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Coconut Bride does not control customs fees, import duties, taxes, customs inspections, or customs delays.

If a customer refuses to pay applicable duties, taxes, or customs charges, the package may be delayed, returned, abandoned, or destroyed by customs or the carrier. Any related costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

15. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may not be eligible for delivery to certain countries, regions, addresses, or restricted locations due to carrier limitations, customs regulations, local laws, or logistical restrictions.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if we are unable to ship to the address provided.

We may also contact the customer for an alternative shipping address if the original address cannot be serviced.

16. Order Splitting and Multiple Packages

Depending on product availability, order size, item type, or warehouse arrangement, an order may be shipped in multiple packages.

If your order is shipped separately, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Items shipped in separate packages may arrive on different dates.

No additional standard shipping fee will be charged when we split an order for fulfillment purposes.

17. Event and Wedding Date Responsibility

Coconut Bride strongly recommends placing orders well in advance of any wedding, banquet, ceremony, party, photoshoot, performance, or special event.

Customers are responsible for allowing enough time for order processing, shipping, delivery, package inspection, try-on, alterations, steaming, cleaning, and any necessary adjustments before the event date.

Coconut Bride is not responsible for missed events, delayed weddings, ceremony disruption, banquet issues, party cancellation, alteration costs, replacement purchases, rental costs, travel costs, emotional distress, or other losses caused by delivery delays, incorrect address information, customs delays, carrier delays, customer absence, or failure to order early enough.

18. Changes After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address, shipping method, delivery destination, or recipient information.

If a change is requested after shipment, the customer may need to contact the carrier directly. Any additional fees charged by the carrier are the customer’s responsibility.

19. Shipping Fees and Refunds

All orders include free standard shipping where available.

Original shipping costs, expedited shipping fees, carrier fees, insurance fees, customs charges, import taxes, duties, and other shipping-related charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by our error.

If an order is returned due to customer refusal, incorrect address, failed delivery, unpaid customs fees, or customer failure to collect the package, any return shipping costs or carrier fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
