Coconut Bride offers women’s wedding dresses, wedding guest dresses, formal evening dresses, banquet dresses, children’s dresses, and related fashion items.
We accept eligible returns within 30 days after the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, odors, perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or signs of wear.
The item must be returned in its original condition with all original tags, labels, packaging, garment bags, accessories, belts, detachable straps, and protective materials included.
The item must not have been altered, tailored, washed, damaged, or modified in any way after delivery.
The item must be returned with proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or order number.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused, returned to the customer, or subject to a reduced refund depending on the condition of the item.
Due to the nature of wedding, formalwear, and special occasion apparel, certain items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are properly packaged and shipped with a reliable carrier. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Coconut Bride is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered return packages.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving an incorrect item, defective item, or item damaged before delivery.
Original shipping fees, expedited shipping fees, priority processing fees, insurance fees, and other shipping-related charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is caused by an error on our part.
If we provide a prepaid return label for a return that is not caused by our error, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return requirements.

We accept exchanges for eligible items when the requested replacement size, color, or style is available.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the exchange is due to receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Wedding dresses, formal dresses, banquet dresses, guest dresses, and children’s dresses may fit differently depending on the style, fabric, cut, and silhouette.
Returns due to size or fit may be accepted only if the item is eligible under this policy and returned in original, unworn condition.
Custom-made, made-to-order, altered, tailored, or special-measurement items cannot be returned due to size selection, measurement errors, change of mind, or fit preference unless the item is defective or incorrectly made according to the confirmed order details.

Once we review the issue, we may offer a replacement, exchange, repair solution, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
If the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged before delivery, or incorrect due to our error, Coconut Bride will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide another suitable solution.
Minor color differences caused by lighting, screen settings, photography, fabric reflection, or monitor display differences are not considered defects. Small measurement differences may also occur due to manual measurement and garment construction.

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed, prepared, customized, made, packed, or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing, production, customization, packing, or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Custom-made, made-to-order, personalized, altered, or special-measurement items cannot be cancelled once production or preparation has begun.
If a cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
We understand that customers may change their mind after placing an order. Eligible non-final-sale items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet all return conditions listed in this policy.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for custom-made items, made-to-order items, personalized items, altered items, final sale items, or items that have been worn, washed, damaged, stained, or used.
If a package is refused, rejected, unclaimed, or returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, unpaid duties or taxes, or customer refusal, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping fees, reshipping fees, carrier charges, handling fees, customs fees, or other costs incurred.
If the package is returned to Coconut Bride and eligible for refund, any applicable shipping costs, carrier fees, or non-refundable charges may be deducted from the refund.
Coconut Bride is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost, stolen, or missing after delivery.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, front desk staff, local delivery offices, and the carrier.
We will assist where reasonably possible, but final delivery confirmation from the carrier may be considered proof of delivery.
If your order was purchased using a discount code, promotion, bundle offer, free gift offer, or special sale, your refund will reflect the actual amount paid after discounts.
If returning part of an order causes the remaining order to no longer qualify for a discount, free gift, bundle price, or promotional offer, the value of the discount or gift may be deducted from the refund.
Free gifts must be returned unused and in original condition if the qualifying item is returned. If the free gift is not returned, its retail value may be deducted from the refund.
All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
We cannot issue refunds to a different card, account, PayPal account, bank account, or payment method.
If your original payment method is no longer available, please contact your bank, card issuer, or payment provider for assistance.
If you have not received your refund after approval, please first check your bank account or payment account again.
